Large Or Heavy Goods

Delayed, Damaged Or Missing Parcels

If your delivery is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at support@tgmtools.co.uk with your order number and photos where relevant. Please report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise the issue quickly with the courier.
