2. Ordering From TGM Tools

When you place an order with us, you’re buying directly from a dedicated team that handles every parcel with care.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received it.

If you notice an error after ordering (for example, wrong address or quantity), please contact us immediately at support@tgmtools.co.uk.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll correct or cancel it right away.

3. Pricing And Payment

• All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

If we discover a clear pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you immediately to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping And Delivery

We understand that getting your order quickly matters. Every parcel is packed and shipped from our base in Augher, Co Tyrone using reliable couriers.

Standard Delivery

• £2.99 for parcels up to 30 kg
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

XL / Heavy Goods Delivery

• £70.00 for large or heavy items over 30 kg
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days
• Pallet or freight service used depending on the order

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

5. Returns And Refunds

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with TGM Tools. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy on all standard items.

You can return an item if:

• It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• You contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.

How to Return:

1. Email support@tgmtools.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your return authorization and address.
3. Ship the product back securely using a tracked courier.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 working days.
5. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

6. Warranty And Faulty Items

All products include the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us with:
