4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our base in Augher, Co Tyrone. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier capacity, freight handling, address access, weather, seasonal demand or events outside our control.

Returns are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds page. Some items may not be suitable for return once opened, used, installed or customised unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Warranties And Faulty Goods
Many products are covered by manufacturer warranty terms. If a product develops a fault, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for photos, serial numbers or manufacturer information so the issue can be assessed properly.
