Standard Returns

You may return most unused and unopened items within 60 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Please include your order number and contact details inside the parcel so we can process the return quickly.

How To Start A Return

• Email support@tgmtools.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• We will confirm the return address and any return reference needed.
• Pack the item securely and use a tracked courier service where possible.
• Once the return is received and checked, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Change Of Mind Returns

For online purchases, consumer cancellation rights may apply. You normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. This does not apply to every product type, for example personalised goods, sealed items opened after delivery where hygiene or safety rules apply, or goods that cannot be returned once used.

Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Please include your order number, a short explanation and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable replacement, repair, refund or return process depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is needed because of our error or a confirmed fault, we will advise you on the return shipping process. If the return is because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are normally responsible for the return postage unless we agree otherwise.

Refund Timing

Refunds are normally processed after the returned goods have been received and checked. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process the refund, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider.
