Returns & Refunds
At TGM Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, returning it is simple. Our 60-day return policy gives you the flexibility and confidence to shop with peace of mind.
Standard Returns (Within 60 Days)
You may return most unused, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and tags.
- The product must be unused and in resellable condition.
- Please include your order number and contact details inside the parcel for quick processing.
How To Return
- Email support@tgmtools.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm the return address and reference number.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back via your chosen courier (tracked service recommended).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain consumables or electrical components cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
Examples include lubricants, paints, sealants, and electrical accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect fit, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return postage.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 3–5 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
